Requesting a Payout From Your Balance
Withdrawal requests go through the same cashier section you use for deposits. We route payouts back to the payment method you deposited with whenever possible — that means if you funded your account via PayPal, your withdrawal typically returns to your PayPal wallet. Venmo and Play+ follow the same logic. Your account must be verified before a withdrawal processes; if verification is
still pending, we'll flag it clearly in your account dashboard so you know exactly what to do next. We do not impose hidden fees on withdrawal requests from our side.
- Open cashier and select Withdraw — Log in and navigate to the cashier. Choose Withdraw and you'll see the methods tied to your account — usually the one you deposited with.
- Enter the payout amount — Type how much you want to move. The cashier will show your available balance so you can see the ceiling before you confirm.
- Complete any pending verification — If your identity check isn't finished, the cashier will prompt you. Upload the required document and the withdrawal queue picks up from there.
- Confirm and track the request — Submit the request and check the transaction history in your account for status updates as the payment network processes your payout.
